Roomate needed by March 1st.

I am a 29 year old male in need of a roommate age 25 to 30 must be mature and very clean. I am Baptist I hope you will be of similar faith that is important to me. Rent is $262.50 plus half the lights, $12 to $25 a month. No parties, like to hang with my roommate and a friend once in a while. I am located on North 23rd st. and Divide, third floor w/ a patio.
