Responsible family looking for a rental

Responsible family of four soon to be five looking for a three bedroom or more rental.we currently live in Dickinson but want to move back home to the Bismarck area. My fiance works for time and I am a stay at home mom. He has a reliable job and has been with his job for over two years. We do not smoke, party, or make to much noise. We are very clean, reliable, and kind family.we have a son who is six, a daughter who is two and a son due in April. Our children are very well behaved. We also have a one year old cat Lucy. She is very well behaved( just eats and sleeps.) She is spayed and declared. We are more then willing to pay a pet deposit for her, but if no pets are allowed she can live with my parents.
