Looking for roommate. Have a room avaliable in condo.

I bought a 3 bedroom condo about a year ago and I'm looking for a roomate to rent to to help pay the mortgage. I, 24, and my sister, 22, reside in the condo now. We are both in school and work. The rent is $400/month. All utilities are paid for (electric, water, AC, heat, gas, washer/dryer, cable, wireless internet, lawn care, snow removal, garbage, etc.). Condo is well furnished, bedroom is not.
