Looking for room to rent

Hi! I'm 32 SWF, bubbly, mature, and excellent cook :)

I'm moving to Bismarck for work (I'm a field biologist). During the summer months I'm only home on the weekends because I travel a lot for work. In the off-season I work regular 9-5 hours in Bismarck.

I need a bedroom, preferably with my own bath. I have two cats (fixed, current with shots, well cared for and disciplined - i.e. litter box trained, doesn't scratch furniture, etc.)

I ALWAYS pay my rent/utilities on time and have excellent references.
