Hunting Shack/Permanent Ice Fishing House *SALE* Priced to sell.

This is a hunting hut/ice house that I built about a year ago. It is 4x8x6.5 and can comfortably fish two guys. Has a long window on one side that opens and is used as a shooting window. This is the only window that opens. The inside is very nice! Nice looking wood paneling on the walls and ceiling, and carpeting up to the shooting window to keep it quiet, when used as a deer stand. There is 4 ice holes cut in the floor, two on each end of the hut. These can also be used for elevating the stand on telephone poles, if you prefer to make it into a permanent deer hut. I sealed the roof with roofing tar and silicon and used roof roll on it, instead of shingles. The exterior is primed and painted hunter green. I put a lot of time and effort into this dual purpose hut, but with the cost of college these days, I have to sell it.
