It allows you to see what we do in our program and what it would like like for your child to be one of the students in our program. Home has a safe open floor plan with fun learning activities in each room. Children stay challenged by our new projects and themes monthly. We rotate learning centers and enriching activities so that each day has new surprising things to discover and engage in. Flexible hours, overnights, early and late shifts.

Field trips include indoor swim lessons at YMCA, library, parks, preschool sports at Capitol Racket and fitness, ice skating lessons at VWF memorial, indoor playground at Bismarck Aquatic club, and gymnastics.

Note- we are not a licensed preschool. The website company listed us under the name Bismarck preschool as that is what they saw fit for what our services offered. Shalaine Goy went to Sierra College to obtain a degree in Early Childhood Education and open her own childcare center/preschool. She realized that the best way to run the program that she had developed was to have the preschool in her own home rather than in a large center. Shalaine spent her elementary school years in a private Montessori school that started out in the Montessori teacher’s home. She later went to a private Christian school. It is her desire to provide the same home based Montessori and Christian school experience that she had as a child. Shalaine does not hold a degree in Montessori education as she also believes in the Waldorf method of teaching combined with several other creative teaching methods. The style of this home daycare is closest to Montessori. Mary Poppin's Pre K Program is not a licensed Montessori school as N.D only allows licensed preschools to be in centers not in private residences ( zoning purposes).
